Seems to me, that giving out millions of our dollars to Ukraine as, "aid," would be a great way to launder large sums of cash. Don't ya think?

Give some corrupt asshole millions of dollars, he funnels back some to his, "friends," who gave him the money in the first place, he keeps the rest or distributes it to cronies etc, and everyone is happy, except us poor slobs who are stuck paying the bill.

Thinking about this a little further, a hypothetical situation:

Corrupt politician in America, gets together with a corrupt politician in another country. They work out a deal where the American people send them, "aid," money, some of which gets funneled back to the corrupt American politician, they then start a, "business," like say…oh I don't know, an energy company, the American gets first dibbs on shares or however they work it out. In other words, the gift that keeps on giving. Start a, "business," that seemingly grants a legit large income. Win/win for everyone involved in the deal, lose/lose for everyone else.

Was trying to remember the Q drop about the Ukrainian who had bailed from the country with all his millions. Trying to figure out if he ever came back and is the asshole running the show now.
