What put me off and made me question what was going on with her was when she was being questioned in Congress and started one of her coughing fits, but instead of covering her mouth and turning away, she intentionally coughed directly into the microphone.
Even if she has real health issues, it's difficult for any of her behavior to elicit sympathy.
