I know Hight power lines have much leakage and some RF devices like a CB or HAM radio etc can have output that many don't know can light up a fluorescent bulb without being hard wired to the source. Seems like a nuke plant could have similar power leaks. I would guess it's possible to charge things with power leaks. Like a Tesla charging station for the ayys kek
