I have a question about Q.

I have been following Q nearly since the beginning.

One theme that is often shared is that "they never thought she would lose".

So if they never thought she would lose, why all of the surveillance against Trump?

I mean why waste the resources for what they thought was just a mosquito in the grand scheme of things. They thought he had no shot.

This question that sticks out in my mind just kinda bugs me. Was there an ulterior motive that I haven't been made aware of?
