Just as bakers must learn the ropes, so must admins. There is no 'training course' - experience is the best teacher.
When i was a new baker, an admin noticed what he thought was spam and took out 2/3 of the notables @600 plus. Good thing it was GY shift.

You make a good point.
A lot of the BO job is figuring out what's needed and what's not.
At the start, this board was aggressively attacked by those who let it go. We countered those attacks to clear the space.
There are still attacks, but not as many.
We can adjust to those changes.
The important thing is having a clean enough board to do the work unimpeded. That is what we'll try to go for in the future.
