I rented a Penske truck once. When I found out it would max out at 73 miles per hour, making it impossible to pass big rigs who slowed down on long uphills, I vowed never to rent Penske again - and I've upheld that vow for years. Thinking strategically, if the truckers do not park, but rather slow-roll the Beltway, they wouldn't be breaking any laws. In fact, they'd be operating their rigs at speeds "reasonable and prudent for conditions" (heavy, slow traffic). Plus, in order to tow them away, the tow trucks would first have to STOP the trucks. Impractical, and even illegal. Tow truck operators don't have arrest authority.
No. The further the separation of any government from the people it governs, the more repressive and totalitarian that government will be. Every. Time.
If the truckers target any group, especially politicians, then they could be accused of a crime. If, instead, they just gather and roll along peacefully, then no harm, no foul. FBI/CIA will have to invent some FF because the actual truckers are peacefully protesting.
Similar to J6; most people, tens of thousands of them, were peaceful protesters. The FBI/CIA/Capitol Police were the instigators and criminals, but they attacked and unlawfully detained innocents they chose as patsies.

There's no "conspiracy theory," anon. We gather open-source information, from FOIA reading room, FBI Vault, CDC records and many other published sources. We present it to one another to make connections. Then we draw our own conclusions. There is absolutely nothing to mock in that process. You might not like the information we present, but if it's fake or false, other anons will generally catch it right away and present the falsifying source information.

The purpose of a peaceful protest is to draw attention to the cause, to build sympathy and public support for the cause, and to make this public support obvious to the politicians and bureaucrats. There is no good which can come out of planning to harm someone or any group. Harm just creates animosity toward the protesters and their cause.
