The ‘selective memory’ for false things, while super-convenience of forgetting real things… and still putting one foot in front of the other to zombie-like walk into a future of Official Falsehoods…
I simple am unable to describe my sadness for such a mass of people. For all my own years of trying to help set people straight, even if only on just a few pertinent little factoids, and they simply turn around and go right back to reassembling a worldview of bologna… genuinely, i come to doubt my own self, not that i’m becoming rudderless, but that any effort i expend on others is waisted if not actually counterproductive.
Absolutely horrible being reduced to having to consider how useless, or worse, my own efforts have been.
Don’t get me wrong, anon, you can no sooner be blamed for this situation asif like all those who say they ‘believe’ their taxes paid are like a duty and ‘worth it’.
I think the meme is funny, putting Jesus in academic glasses, saying something so universally true. But how to get everyone-everywhere-at-the-same-moment to agree and ACT on NOT giving [them] one more cent nor an ounce of respect????????????

A reliable and universally trustworthy medium of exchange can not be dependent on a flow of electrons.
