The fact you can pose this question is in itself the very answer that you seek.
The answer is subjective to the individual observer(s), my reality is not the same as yours.

Simulation Theory is a psyop designed to make you believe your existence is meaningless.
Tear the universe down beyond the quantum level and all is one, everything is connected, everything is real, everything is one.
Even your thoughts in their purest form are nothing more than the golden spiral.
Your thoughts connect you to the all, to every point of Time / Space.
