this isn't easy and bakers don't bare this responsibility solely. Anons, Step up. It's much easier for a baker who doesn't deal with massive amounts of information on the regular to see 2 arguments and find more logic in one when trying to bake than it is for them to apply it to the entire bread on their own. some who deal with massive amounts of info constantly, who also have much board knowledge, are much better at it than others. if this was required of all bakers, no one would ever step up to bake.
