It would be weird right if He Came out and told people "Hey I'm Q+ and these such and such people are the team and all this controlled chaos had to happen for many reasons" etc etc.. We here would FUCKING Celebrate that shit while all the dirty fucks remaining in positions of power that could cause chaos would go Full Scale Assault.. Lawfully and without showing any cards the logical path is the one being spoken and taken..
