Those who scream the loudest… Robert DeNiro and his vocal tirades against POTUS lead to an island in the Caribbean.

I don't recall if this ever got any attention back when it was a news item for a time. In September of 2017 Hurricane Irma struck the Caribbean islands Antigua and Barbuda as a cat 5 hurricane, causing tremendous damage. Barbuda was hit the hardest, leaving it inhabitable, it's 1800 residents subsequently relocating to Antigua. Part of the problem with Barbuda is that it does not have it's own electric power production, which they get from Antigua 25 miles away via submerged cable. The Antigua power company claimed it didn't have the resources to repair and restore Barbuda's electric power. Subsequent decisions about what to do with Barbuda by the Antigua govt left out one thing: They had no legal authority to decide anything. Barbudans (most of them descendants from freed slaves who legally owned the island by way of communal land rights) in exile were caught off guard when they found out plans were underway to transfer ownership of the island to real estate developers with plans to turn it into another yacht resort like in Antigua. Robert DeNiro was part of that land grab effort. The Clinton Foundation also played a part.
