Oh now this is REALLY cool, Baker! Check this out, the video they indicate in the transcript which is 28 minutes long (after "I suggest watching the video." and before "Dear colleagues" to make searching for it easier), about halfway through (just before 14 min) the "Witness 1" in the black mask and black ball cap, is describing the scheme they used to move money around.

If the reader has spent any time in the crypto field -this is EXACTLY what the "Bitcoin mixer" services do!

They take money in from lots of places, swirl it around, and send it back out in little pieces to the destination; in the hopes that nobody will be able to piece the source and destination back together again.

Seems a fairly simple programming task, actually: just find the "time guarantee" that the mixer site uses, and then for "input A" when someone sent into the mixer, just look for the matching "outputs that total B" which is A minus the fee, that ultimately ends up at the destination.

A bit of coding work but not rocket surgery, or the more advanced kind, rocket surgery in-flight. :)
