If any Ukrainian made a "deal" with Russians to allow such a thing, he should be shot as a traitor.

And in any case, if Putin was striking bio labs ready to destroy the world, then he SHOULD HAVE MADE THE CASE. And that does NOT require trying to conquer and "demilitarize" a nation of 43 million people.
