I have to agree. Trial first, but yeah. There was a reason we hung horse thieves. It's the same reason. If you're willing to kill someone else to ply your trade, (as stranding a person without their horse could do,) then you were a danger to the lives of the whole of society. We could incarcerate them all, but that's why we're here. Now it pays more to kill people, and only carries a risk of paying lots of money to lawyers.
