I think the news has unlocked the map. I've just been depressed to actually look at it and see if the plan is apparent with the news. Big things happened, learn Russian was one of them. I know Russia and Ukraine have been a big part of it. If no one has done an analysis in about 2 months when my depression passes, ill look into it.
I appreciate it. It's from not going to the gym for 4 weeks. It messes with me, especially during the winter. My own fault for not taking precautions like I knew I should like extra d and supplemental working out at home. It was avoidable.
