UKR President Zelensky says tonight that Russian armored columns north and west of the city of Kyiv have completely stopped advancing and some have pulled back.
Pres. Zelensky gave an address to the UKR people with comments
about his phone call with Belarus,
about the River Peace talks
and about the continued defense of the nation.

The UN Security Council voted to hold a special session of the UN General Assembly to condemn Russia's aggression against Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.
11 out of 15 member states voted for this decision, Russia voted against, and three countries (China, UAE and India) abstained.
