We used to have a bread that had a lot of useful stuff in it. Where'd it go?
My bad. Missed it. Ty. o7.
How do you get megaton+ yields in a package size small enough to be delivered by plane or missile?
Did you miss out on the UG nuke tests that we used to do in the 80's?
Do you understand the difference between an atomic weapon and a thermonuclear weapon? Do you understand what triple-staged means and what tritium is used for?
They are very real friend.
Truth be told, it is a fascinating study. For me, I knew the nuclear weapons complex existed and I chose to study the byproducts of our nuclear weapons program. I wrote many papers in college about our nuclear legacy (waste) that would remain toxic for thousands of years. It is a very interesting topic.
I do not know the answer. Potentially too difficult to maintain in the absence of a functioning nuclear weapons industrial complex. Potentially we realized that we would never use them anyway. MAD BTFO'd everyone.
