Whole heartedly agree. It’s possibly the most detrimental disease plaguing society right now. I see it manifest everyday in real time in all of my interactions with people of this realm. Family, friends, strangers, significant others, it’s literally across the board. Yet all want to hold me to account for my failings and unwillingness to operate successfully and by choice within their Beast system. It used to be something I could brush aside and ignore. But, given the gravity of the situation, it’s become beyond repugnant. I’m not sure that it’s just the 4-6% that will be lost.

My point was only that the absolute unwillingness to admit fault or being wrong at all has become pervasive across all sectors and aspects of society. Not just the political realm. It’s hard to have an interaction or conversation of any sort in which it does not manifest.

Trust me, I learned to keep a distance and live a very solitary life at this point. You’ll have to forgive my venting of frustrations this morning after having a relative reach out wanting to engage me in a bible study. But when it became apparent that we had differing understandings of Christ’s message and our individual responsibilities in this lifetime to embody those teachings to the best of our ability, she disappeared on me. She is happy waiting for a savior, rather than accepting that we all must take action now.

I do appreciate your reminders and words, though. I needed to hear them. Thanks, anon!

Lessons learned the hard way, my friend! But, right there with ya. It’s amazing the amount of energy people can pull just from interacting with them superficially, much less in relationship of any sort.

As I told someone recently, a monk’s life is a good life and suits me well!
