Another House Democrat Retirement Spells Trouble For Pelosi – 31st Incumbent Dem Won’t Seek Reelection This Year

Another Democrat Congressman won’t be running for reelection this November.

Florida Rep. Ted Deutch will give up his seat (FL-22) representing Broward and Palm Beach to join the American Jewish Committee.

Mr. Deutch was sworn into office in April 2010 after a special election was held to replace Robert Wexler, CBS Miami reported.

Full statement from Congressman Deutch:

“After serving the public for more than 15 years, I have decided I will not seek re-election this November. Public service was instilled in me by my father who earned a Purple Heart in the Battle of the Bulge, and it has been a tremendous privilege to serve the people of Palm Beach and Broward Counties in Congress since 2010. I am incredibly grateful to my constituents for their support and friendship.

“In my seven terms in Congress, I have worked hard and tried to find common ground. I’m proud of my work to make our communities safer from gun violence, strengthen social security and protect our most vulnerable seniors, and ensure Holocaust survivors can live in dignity. I’m proud of the many bipartisan ways we’ve come together – to provide resources for those battling eating disorders, to help seniors at risk of fraud, and to combat climate change. And in a dangerous world, I’ve worked with my colleagues to fight terrorism and rogue regimes like Iran, and to support our military and veterans, including securing recognition for heroic World War II, Korea, and Vietnam heroes who had been denied the honor they deserved.

“I have been forever changed by serving the people of Broward and Palm Beach Counties in Congress. When I took office, Robert Levinson of Coral Springs had already been missing in Iran for three years. I’m humbled to have gotten to know Bob’s remarkable family while working with them to try to secure Bob’s release, and ultimately grieving alongside them at the news of Bob’s passing.

“Our community was profoundly changed on February 14, 2018. Seventeen students and teachers of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School were killed that day, and I have tried every day since to be there for their families and to help them honor the memories of their loved ones in all the ways they are working to make our schools and community safer. I have also tried to support the survivors in any way I can, though it is their powerful voices that have helped create desperately needed change. The Parkland families and student survivors inspire me every day.

“Since 2013, my colleagues have selected me to lead our critical foreign policy work in the Middle East. Even as Iran continues its illicit quest for nuclear weapons and support for terror groups worldwide, we are also witnessing a new era of cooperation in the Middle East that brings transformative new opportunities. For me, this foreign policy work has been a natural continuation of my deep ties to the American Jewish community and my long-standing advocacy on behalf of the U.S.-Israel relationship. Beyond foreign policy, we have also seen an unprecedented rise in antisemitism in our own country and abroad, and I have been at the forefront of the Congressional response as the founding co-chair of the House Bipartisan Task Force for Combating Antisemitism. This critical work, and the opportunity to do it on a global scale, is why I am announcing that I will not be running for re-election to Congress as I have accepted an offer to serve as the next Chief Executive Officer of the American Jewish Committee.

“I will be forever grateful for the opportunity you have given me to serve our community and to serve our country. I have been touched and inspired by so many people I have been privileged to meet. I have seen the good that can be accomplished when we work together, and I am forever hopeful about our future. Serving as your representative has been the greatest honor of my life.

“My nephew, Eli, died from accidental fentanyl ingestion one year ago this week, and as I continue to represent our community in Congress over the coming months, I will do all I can to raise awareness about the threat of fentanyl to young people like Eli in every community in America.

“I look forward to continuing to fulfill my obligations in Washington until Congress recesses for the next election, and I look forward to seeing you soon, whether in South Florida or Washington.”

Deutch is the 31st incumbent Democrat who won’t seek reelection this year.

Allen West Responds To Greg Abbott 'Pay-For-Play' Meeting Revelations Involving Republican Legislator's Alleged Mistress

A married establishment Texas Republican legislator named Brooks Landgraf, who serves as a Texas state representative from the Odessa area, stands accused of arranging meetings with Governor Greg Abbott and U.S. Senator Ted Cruz for at least one woman that Landgraf was allegedly having extramarital sex with. Landgraf also reportedly encouraged a woman to perform oral sex on Ted Cruz as part of a potential “VIP treatment” for the U.S. senator.

“This kind of pay-for-play behavior in the Abbott orbit — whatever the currency — is disgusting, and exactly the kind of politics conservative, God-fearing Texans are sick of,” Republican gubernatorial candidate Allen West exclusively told NATIONAL FILE. West is challenging Abbott in the Republican primary for governor on Tuesday March 1. If West keeps Abbott below half the vote in the primary, West or fellow challengers Don Huffines and Chad Prather could advance into a long runoff election against Abbott for the GOP nomination for governor.

Current Revolt published alleged text messages between married Brooks Landgraf and a woman who wanted to meet Abbott and Cruz. SEE TEXT MESSAGES HERE VIA CURRENT REVOLT.

In one message, Brooks Landgraf agrees to set up a meeting between his sex partner and Greg Abbott at the Texas State Capitol, with Landgraf saying, “Let me know the next time you’re in Austin and I’ll see what I can arrange!”

In a series of exchanges, Landgraf encouraged a woman to perform fellatio on U.S. Senator Ted Cruz.

The Twitter account PermianDickDeal, which exposed the alleged Landgraf affair, tweeted out a message that said “Performing fellatio on a (Texas legislator) will buy you a picture with the man himself Greg Abbott.”

Job Creators Network president says Biden energy policies are funding Russia's war in Ukraine

"We basically have funded this war in Ukraine. We’ve given the war chest to Putin by doing so," said Alfredo Ortiz.

The Democratic Party's ongoing focus on green energy and environmentalism has led to major cuts in America's domestic oil supply and impacted pricing in a way that enriches war-waging Russia, a conservative business group argued Monday.

"Between our push here in the U.S. to basically walk away from our energy independence, and Europe's push in the same way, we basically have funded this war in Ukraine," said Alfredo Ortiz, the president of the Job Creators Network, according to the Washington Times. "We've given the war chest to Putin by doing so said Monday morning."

President Biden famously signed an executive order on his first day in office canceling the Keystone XL Pipeline – a crude oil pipeline from Canada to U.S. Gulf Coast refineries – in part to appease the climate change enthusiast faction of his Democratic Party.

"I think one of the lessons of what’s happened, both with respect to rising energy costs and the invasion of Ukraine, is that the climate-change issue has become just a heavy albatross around the neck of the Democratic Party," economist Stephen Moore said on the call about the issue.

"This is becoming a huge loser issue for the Democrats. Every single poll shows that this is not one of the top-10 issues that Americans care about. It's raising prices at the gas pump, and it's almost become just a big turn-off to the American people, especially independents and Republicans. You’ve got all of these problems, and they’re still talking about climate change."

Since Biden assumed office, U.S. oil production has decreased significantly, making it once again the case that America must rely on foreign suppliers for energy. And in most cases, Moore pointed out, the foreign suppliers who the U.S. is enriching are dictatorial leader.

"That's $75 billion a year that's just going down the drain for an energy policy that is simply putting more money into the pockets of people like Putin and the Saudis at Americans' expense," he said. "That has to stop."

Ukrainian MP: ‘We are not only fighting for Ukraine, we are fighting for the New World Order’

Ukrainian member of Parliament Kira Rudik stated in an interview over the weekend with Fox News that she and her fellow Ukrainian citizens are not only fighting Russia to save their own country but to save the “new world order that includes all the other democratic countries.”

Of course “democratic” is in the eye of the beholder. Canadian PM Coward Justin Trudeau says he’s for “preserving our Democracy” too, even while he was locking truck drivers out of their bank accounts and towing their trucks away to be expropriated by the state. The truckers’ crime? They did not agree with Trudeau’s Covid vaccine mandates and mask mandates.

Brain-Dead Biden and his handlers also remind us daily that he is fighting to save America’s democracy even as his Department of Justice brands entire swaths of the population who criticize his Covid policies as potential terrorists simply because they don’t like his Covid mandates or speak out against election fraud in the 2020 election.

This is the “democracy” heralded by the proponents of the Great Reset, aka new world order. And that’s what Ms. Rudik says her people in Ukraine are fighting to preserve. The entire interview is interesting but pay particular attention in the segment that runs from the 1:43 mark to 2:05 mark.

Ukraine is a complicated nation with a complicated history.

All we are getting in America is the slanted coverage from the corporate-owned, state-run mainstream media along with, hate to say it, often just as slanted views from the American conservative media. And from what I have been watching over the last four days, these media outlets seem to be pushing the narrative toward all-out war with Russia. This could lead to a nuclear exchange but they don’t care.

They are gearing all their coverage right now around “poor Ukraine,” having to defend their borders with housewives and old men carrying AK-47s.

I’m not saying there’s not some of that going on, or that such actions are not commendable. What I am saying is that there is much more to the story that we are not being told.

The mainstream corporate media’s main method of slanting the story is not always in what they are telling you but what they are not telling you. Rather than give you both sides and let you make up your mind which seems right to believe, they want to force-feed you only the narrative that supports an agenda. And right now that agenda is war.

Ukraine is one of the most corrupt nations in the world and is a large purchaser of U.S. military arms. So don’t think they have nothing but rusty old AKs with which to fend off the Russians.

Ukraine has for years been a center of child sex trafficking, as reported in 2015 by Huffington Post.

Ukraine is home to a slew of U.S.-funded biolabs. What are those labs doing and what is their current status? We’d like to know but we hear crickets from the media.

Historically, the land known as Ukraine has always been a fault line between East and West, one that is always simmering and periodically boils over into violence.

Ukraine has only been an independent nation since 1991 but the history of this land around Kiev holds all the characteristics of a killing field. Part of the problem is a familiar one: You have three people groups who are all related but do not like or trust each other, yet found themselves forced to live together in a single nation after the fall of the Soviet Empire. No house divided against itself can stand. Not for long.

Stalin starved to death an estimated 14.5 million Ukrainian peasants between 1932 and 1933 through his forced collectivization program, stealing their land and giving it to his communist comrades who didn’t know how to farm it.

For a taste of Ukraine’s brutal history as a place populated by back-biting, disgruntled family members, I share the following information provided by the Orthodox Church (this came from the Church’s Youtube channel in a post from Saturday, Feb. 26. I did not change any of the content but did clean up some of the grammar as English is not the first language of the Orthodox hierarchy. Also know that this history is from the Russian and Eastern Ukrainian perspective, so I’m not necessarily endorsing it, all I am doing is sharing it because every dispute has two sides to the story and we in the West are only hearing one side right now in an all-out, politically motivated propaganda assault).

We tried to avoid the painful subject of war in Ukraine but there were just too many comments and questions coming. We are forced to comment on the subject. First, the war did not start three days ago, it started back in 2014, at the Maidan Revolution that was sponsored by the Western powers to topple the pro-Russian government.
