Federal Sex Abuse Case Filed Against Little League Coach and Little League Baseball, Inc,
..Texas District 12 Little League, and Evadale Little League, linked to charges against Adam Isaacks, 38, the former Evadale Little League President and coach.
He's facing multiple charges including Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child and Indecency With a Child. The charges are filed in Jasper County and Sabine County. He's held in the Jasper County Jail on bonds that total several million dollars.
“Plaintiffs are victims and survivors of childhood sexual assault, molestation, and abuse at the hands of their Little League Coach and League President, Adam Isaacks. The abuse started when some minor Plaintiffs were just 7 and 8 years old and continued for a period of years until the age of 11 and 12.”
“On December 30, 2021, parents and family members of the abused Little Leaguers located President/Coach Isaacks hiding in a trailer located at the Bear Creek Hunting Club in Sabine County, Texas. They surrounded the trailer and blocked all escape routes until law enforcement officers from Sabine County took him into custody. At the time of his arrest and capture, Adam Isaacks was President/Coach of Evadale Little League.”
“Little League President/Coach Isaacks chose his victims from his Evadale Little League baseball roster and fully exploited the position of authority bestowed upon him by the institution of Little League Baseball.”
“Defendants are liable for the grooming, sexual assaults, molestation, and abuses suffered by the Plaintiffs. All such grooming occurred under the authority of Little League Baseball, on the baseball field of Evadale Little League, during practices and games. Defendants failed to enforce safety precautions to guard against the foreseeable risk of sexual assault in the context of Little League Baseball. Defendants failed to comply with their duties and obligations to implement safety awareness, education and training to protect minor Plaintiffs.”
This is an ongoing investigation and Jasper County investigators encourage anyone with information about Isaacks to call (409) 384-5417.

OP note:
(At the time the parents captured this guy, several parents had already filed charges against him in Jasper County. Several weeks passed with no visible movement from Jasper County, which allowed the pervert to molest another child, according to parents. Frustrated parents took matters into their own hands when they heard the pervert was at his camp in a neighboring county. Good for them. Shame they had to do so. The kid who was molested during Jasper County's "investigation" should be filing charges on them.)
