This is more important than we know. I haven't prayed as much to a specific end in years. I can feel the results tangibly now as I pray. As I prayed last night before sleep the very same revelation came to me. Pray regardless of your beliefs. To the light, universe, god or however you associate it (religious or not/ meditate if atheist). My prayer was for all of the good humanity, the operators, the un-awakened, and guidance. We have the power in us to make the changes we want to see. Free humanity from the darkness. Ask for guidance in the fight, and protection, for all.

Meditate on the changes, hopes, or guidance you need. This isn't about religion. This is about the powers we don't know we have collectively coalescing to a common goal. Still the mind, and focus is all you need to do.

You are in control, meditating to a common purpose without submitting your will is not likely to harm you. I use prayer only in the sense that is how most recognize what they are doing. Meditation is simply emptying your mind of the noise and focusing your own mind toward the common goal.

Take a small step. Meditate for something unselfish and innocuous. For example; Ask a question, focus on the question. Then observe the day with situational awareness at a high level. Think of it like adding a query to a thread running on a computer system where the answer isn't obvious. I usually have many of these queries running at all times…some are months or years old. Understanding or answers take time.

Confirmation bias requires preexisting belief. Ask an innocuous question. Example we are switching to permaculture on our land. One of the ideas is to observe nature and work with it. I walk outside looking for observable guidance from nature on how to work with it, and find answer that so far have worked. Simple, not harmful.
