My point exactly, he's not apologizing. BUT, it is the only existence I have ever seen in his publicized life that he said "SORRY"…
He's even spoken at length on how pointless it is to apologize. Not even the false apologies that kids give like "I'm sorry but…" "I'm sorry YOU…" etc
