And in the early 2000s, the US Department of Defense and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine signed an agreement to limit the circulation of dangerous biological pathogens. This is how a joint program to reduce the biological threat emerged.
Ukraine has received more than $ 200 million from the United States to support domestic biosafety. But why the United States used the money to go through the military is a fact that Russian propagandists are using to create a horror story about Ukrainian-American laboratories to test biological weapons on humans.
