I will be too tempted to start ranting and raving about how all of the machines are rigged for the Democrats to win, and how it is not even worth my bother to vote because my vote won't count anyways.

I never have been one to be able to play stupid games.

Was born and raised in Chicago and for the past 40 years, my vote hasn't counted. Why should I bother to continue to play their rigged game?

Some people with CP have a lot of other health problems. And some have minor disabilities. It depends on how severe the CP is. Many are on feeding tubes and/or have heart problems and other things. Some are very mobile and others are confined to a wheelchair.
