The only way that infinity and time can both exist is if one is outside the other. Multidimensional. Infinity exists outside of time. If you are outside the dimension or influence of time, you are basically in infinity because time no longer has an effect on you.

Think of it this way. Imagine a 2 dimensional world. We are in a 3 dimensional world. One step above so to speak. How would we interact with a 2 dimensional world? How would it look to us? We are viewing it from a third dimension.

 

Now go the other way. One or two or more steps above our 3 dimensional world. You could in essence 'view' all of time at once.
