Supporters of NESARA consider this to be the best way to ix our brokenand corrupt financial system. It does make substantial changes but IMO there are two big legal/political problems with NESARA:

It is unfair in that some will recieve huge windfalls and others will not.
I will keep as (over)simple as i can since a technical discussion would be unhelpful. Here is the summary of the proposal with my comments in CAPS (SORRY FOR THE CAPS BUT ITS THE EZ WAY FOR ME TO DO IT) following each item:
• Establishes three types of United States currency: standard silver coin, standard gold coin and treasury credit-notes (restores Constitutional currency) ASSET BASED COINS AND NOTES ARE VERY VERY GOOD - BASKET COULD INCLUDE MORE THAN GOLD AND SILVER - BIG PROBLEM IS THAT THESE MARKETS ARE ALL MANIPULATED NOW AND SO THE PLAN LACKS THIS SAFEGUARD AND C ONTROL - ONE CANNOT SUCCEED W/O THE OTHER
• The United States Treasury buys and cancels all outstanding capital stock of the former Federal Reserve Banks - LEGAL STEP TO ELIMINATE THE FED
• The privately owned Federal Reserve System becomes a public entity, the United States Treasury Reserve System - ELIMINATE THE FED
• A new Board of Governors of the Treasury Reserve System uses a specific law-mandated plan to maintain and stabilize the exchange value of the currency.
• The new Board assumes all powers and responsibilities of the former Federal Open Market Committee
• The existing regional Federal Reserve Banks become Treasury Reserve Banks and continue clearinghouse operations and other bank service functions under the direction of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
ABOVE ARE ALL JUST LEGAL REGULATION OF THE "NEW" FED SYSTEM" BY CONGRESS - AGAIN WHAT WILL THIS LOOK LIKE? BIG OPEN QUESTION ALLOWS SUBVERSION BY REGULATION
• All commercial banks must exchange their income-producing government obligations for treasury credit-notes (reduces the national debt)
• Only treasury credit-notes may be held as bank reserves
THESE JUST TRADE ONE FORM OF GOVT. DEBT FOR ANOTHER - SO REALLY AGAIN JUST ELIMINATE THE FED AND PUT THE GOVT IN ITS PLACE
• Fundamental changes are imposed on the repayment of all outstanding fractional reserve loans on secured property—principal must be repaid before the monetizing-fee is paid (applies retroactively to existing mortgages reducing private debt) HERE IS THE NUT ANONS - DEBT JUBILEE BY FORGIVING TERMS OF EXISTING LOANS - BUT ON SECURED PROPERTY ONLY - THAT MEANS MORTGAGES GET RELIEF BUT NOT OTHERS. NOT FAIR AND WILL NEVER PASS CONGRESS. PLUS ISSUE IF WHETHER THIS IS CONSTITUTIONAL TAKING OF PROPOERTY OR CANCELLING OF GOVT PROMISES = LITIGATION AND RISK

• Commercial financial institutions such as credit unions are provided, subject to some restriction, with opportunities to operate with fractional reserves - SAME AS CURRENT SYSTEM
• Amends the existing federal income tax system. A national retail sales (excise) tax is imposed upon non-exempt retail activities of commerce. 21 categories of exemptions covering most necessities of life - ITS A POLITICAL ISSUE WHAT YOU PREFER AND WHO YOU TAX -IMO A UNIFIED FLAT TAX ON GROSS INCOME IS MORE TRANSPARENT AND MUCH MORE FAIR. HERE IS THE PROBLEM - NESARA Does NOT
• Eliminate all payroll taxes, such as Social Security and Medicare taxes
• Eliminate constitutional excise taxes on regulated activities
OK SO ALL WE ARE TALKING ABOUT IS CHANGING FROM INCOME TAX TO SALES TAX - LEAVING IN PLACE HUGE TAX BURDENS OF SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICAIRE AND MEDICAID AND ALSO THOUSANDS OF EXCISE TAXES ON EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN. THE PRIMARY GOAL IF THIS IS TO END THE FED AS IF THAT IS A MAGIC WAND - IT IS NOT - THE FED IS JUST ONE TOOL OF A CORRUPT SYSTEM AND "END THE FED!" IS AN OVER SIMPLIFIED BATTLE CRY
WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE INSTEAD IS TO ELIMINATE ALL FEDERAL TAXES OF ALL KINDS PERIOD. I MEAN ALL TAXES EVERY SINGLE ONE - THEN INSTITUTE A FLAT TAX ON GROSS INCOME (IN OTHER WORDS NO DEDUCTIONS NOT AMORT NO BULLSHIT JUST A SLICE OFF THE TOP JUST LIKE SMART BUSINESSMEN GET TO AVOID TRICKS) THIS WAY ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS AUDIT AND TRACK THE TOTAL MONEY GOING TO EACH PERSON.
THO BIGGEST BENEFIT IS TRANSPARENCY - THE UNIFIED TAX IS SIMPLE AND RIGHT OUT ON THE OPEN - ANY CHANGE TO IT IS IMMEDIATELEY VISIBLE AND OBVIOUS AND EASY TO CALCULATE - NO MORE HIDING THE BALL. THIS SHOULD ALSO BE APPLIED TO ALL STATE COUNTY AND CITY TAX SYSTEMS.

Mycoplasma bovis, was first isolated in the United States from the milk of a mastitic cow in 1961. Before 2017, only two nations (New Zealand and Norway) were free of Mycoplasma bovis, but in July 2017 some cattle near Oamaru, New Zealand were found to be Mycoplasma bovis positive.
Mycoplasma bovis mainly affects cattle and has little effect on other production animals. It does not affect horses and or pet animals, but other animals can be carriers for Mycoplasma bovis. Mycoplasma bovis causes mastitis in dairy cows, arthritis in cows and calves, pneumonia in calves, and various other diseases likely including late-term abortion.
Prevention
There are many ways by which cattle can be prevented from catching Mycoplasma bovis and other pathogenic bacteria.
Treatment
Mycoplasma species have unusual characteristics for bacteria. They can be killed by antibiotics such as tetracyclines, macrolides or erythromycin which do not act on the cell wall. Draxxin (Tulathromycin) is the only drug approved for treating Mycoplasma bovis in cattle but Florfenicol (Nuflor) and Batril can also be used. The normal duration of the treatment is 10–14 days by antibiotic therapy.[13]
Vaccination - Several vaccines are available: Pulmo-GuardMpB, Mycomune Mycoplasma Bovis bacterin, and Myco-BacTM B[14]
