The NCI has literally been mixing cancer cells from different species together and injecting them into lab animals to try to create new cancers. Then they play with different "vaccines" to target their new franken-cancers.
Feline leukemia was created by the NCI from Simian Virus and Simian Sarcoma injected into lab cats. It "escaped" and they claimed it was "natural". Many cancers are caused by vaccines because they are created in cancer research labs using similiar antigens & technologies. It's a profitable "side effect" that doesn't show up until years later.
