Anon just had the thought progression; conclusion: National Guard are in hospitals to arrest those remaining working in the kill factories.

First thought: those who refused the injection and were fired, were unhappy; and they received a blessing - they won't be present when the arrests happen.

Second, how are they going to do the arrests?

Third, it was weird that they were replacing the missing staff with National Guard…
