Beirut explosion was a test. Perfect area to see blast effect. Building, ship, land, water, ect…

 

No nuclear effect. We know this. Argued over it extensively

CNN was running this female earlier. Daira Kalinuk. She notates 4 Nuclear Plants. She was also the reporter staged yelling at Boris the other day on CNN.

 

Chernobyl was secured. Couldn't ever really figure out exactly why…

 

If you need to start a "Nuclear War", you need radioactive fallout.

 

Setting off just a "Beriut Style" explosive wouldn't be convincing enough to start Nuclear War without "radioactive fallout".

 

It has to be "staged"
