Doesn't shock the world all at once.

I myself stopped watching horror movies long ago, but it might be a good thing for others to have watched them to prepare for a moment like this.
If real gore offends you, go watch Hollywood gore to prepare yourselves for what is to come. Or be prepared to take others word for it.
The choice to know will be yours.
To see the evidence, you will need to view in person, no cameras allowed. That way no children will be allowed to view. And those who are too weak to view can trust others. No manipulation of the evidence can happen.
As long as the other evidence not deemed the worst can back up what is told.
Whether it directly alters DNA or not, when the messages from DNA are altered, it alters the DNA messages, which in turn alters the original function of DNA. So, by proxy, it alters DNA just the same.
