Some of the things we have learned about the C_A, and the ongoing reveals like this are leading me to believe that when Q referred to NWO being 'Nazi World Order', it is basically joined at the hip with C_A. What if Paperclip was far more than just borrowing some scientists, medical researchers, and the like. What if it was actually the nucleus of what would become the 'black' programs that we know today?
