I noticed that it says that the staff ( appearing to look and sound like Asian infiltrators ) were aiding and abetting the criminal who was stealing from the store and then further go on to make an outward defense of the criminal by objecting to the customer's reaction as he is caught in the middle of the scene and is obviously not condoning the thievery
