According to her, the American plan provides for the creation of a joint body that will develop hydrocarbon reserves, which will bring great benefits to Lebanon, which is experiencing a protracted economic crisis.

A Baabda Palace source told the publication that the head of state had previously held a telephone conversation with US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland. "President Aoun is studying the US proposals together with Prime Minister Najib Mikati and Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri, the official response of the Lebanese authorities will come in the coming days," the source said.

"The caches were located near the settlements of the Simferopol and Leninsky regions of the Republic of Crimea and were carefully disguised with construction debris. Explosives experts seized two metal canisters with a charge of TNT checkers," the report says.

The total weight of the explosive was 20 kg. "In addition, a metal pipe was found in the cache, welded with a steel plate, stuffed with a charge of TNT checkers, with a total weight of 8.5 kg. The caches also contained eight regular electric detonators, two initiators and an anti-tank mine, with a total weight of 9.6 kg," - according to a press release.
