Judge Rules Two FBI Operatives Used to Set-Up Michigan Militia Members in Mock Whitmer Kidnap Case Will Have to Use Their Real Names at Trial

The Governor Whitmer kidnapping case, which we now know was comprised of virtually all FBI agents and informants took another devastating hit in August. Michael Hills, an attorney for Brandon Caserta, one of the six defendants, produced text messages showing an FBI field agent telling an informant to lie, frame an innocent man and delete text messages.

This is why federal prosecutors are refusing to hand over text messages and laptops from FBI informants in the Whitmer kidnapping case. The FBI actually hatched the plot and set up the innocent men in their scheme.

The FBI’s top informant behind the kidnapping scam was later arrested after he beat his wife following a swingers party.

On Friday Chief U.S. District Judge Robert Jonker ruled that two of the several FBI informants must use their real names in the upcoming trial.

A judge ruled that two undercover FBI agents who poses as members of a far-right militia snared for plotting to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer will have to testify in court using their real names.

Chief U.S. District Judge Robert Jonker said the two agents, who have only been known as ‘Mark’ and ‘Red,’ will have to make their real identities known after the trial begins next week at the U.S. District Court in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the Detroit Free Press reported.

Jonker said it was to ensure militia members Adam Fox, 38, Daniel Harris, 24, Brandon Caserta, 33, and Barry Croft, 46, are given a fair trial for their alleged role in the 2020 plot orchestrated with five other members.

‘Mark’ and ‘Red’ were among the agents who infiltrated the Wolverine Watchmen extremist group in a messy operation that saw some informants kicked off the case and others accused of misbehavior and inciting illegal activities within the militia.

According to court documents, ‘Mark’ had posed as a local resident and was tasked with scouting the governor’s summer home while ‘Red’ was introduced to the group by ‘Mark’ as a demolitions expert who could make bombs for the group.

Prosecutors said Fox, Harris, Caserta and Croft joined the militia’s plot to kidnap Whitmer because of her COVID-19 mandates and argued that the two FBI agents should be allowed to keep their identities hidden as they are involved in other anti-terrorism investigations.

Defense attorneys claimed hat the four men had a right to confront their accusers and know who they are and that keeping their identities a secret would also hinder proper cross examinations.

Biden admin describes Florida legislation that would ban most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy as 'dangerous' and 'extreme'

The Biden administration is denouncing legislation passed by the Florida state legislature that would ban most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

The bill would take effect July 1 if signed by GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis, who has indicated that he will sign it.

"Last night, the Republican-controlled Florida legislature passed a dangerous bill that will severely restrict women’s access to reproductive health care. My Administration will not stand for the continued erosion of women’s constitutional rights," a tweet on President Joe Biden's @POTUS account declared.

DeSantis press secretary Christina Pushaw fired back, tweeting, "Why didn’t you mention that this bill is about protecting unborn babies AFTER 15 weeks? That is when they can already feel pain and they’re getting close to viability. Babies have been born at 20 weeks and survived. What you’re arguing for is unfettered LATE TERM abortion."

The bill includes exceptions if an abortion is deemed "necessary to save the pregnant woman's life or avert a serious risk of substantial and irreversible physical impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman other than a psychological condition," or if the unborn child has not yet reached viability and is deemed to have "a fatal fetal abnormality."

The legislation does not include exceptions for pregnancies resulting from rape or incest.

Vice President Kamala Harris also criticized the legislation in a statement, describing the bill as "extreme by any standard."

Fauci Agency Knew Chinese Authorities Were Withholding COVID-19 Data In Jan 2020, Documents Show

The U.S. State Department and the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) were aware in January 2020 that Chinese authorities were withholding COVID-19 data, according to government documents obtained by a legal watchdog organization.

The U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) also sent “experts” from the NIH-supported P4 lab at the University of Texas Medical Branch to train Wuhan Institute of Virology technicians in “lab management and maintenance” - nearly two years before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic - the records obtained by Judicial Watch through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit show.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said he believes the 90 pages of communication records between the NIH and the Wuhan lab show that Dr. Anthony Fauci’s agency, NIAID, has been “hiding information on China’s failure to provide essential data on COVID-19.”

On Jan. 8, 2020, staff at NIH and NIAID, led by Fauci, circulated an email from the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, “PRC Response to Pneumonia Cases Shows Increased Transparency Over Past Outbreaks, but Gaps in Epidemiological Data Remain.”

“Hi, here is the cable from US Embassy Beijing reporting on the pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan, China. It has ruled out SARS, MERS, and flu. [Redacted] confirmed it is viral infection,” reads an email to colleagues from Dr. Ping Chen, who had been NIAID’s top official in China.

Embassy officials in the email said they were concerned that a “lack of epidemiological data” hindered better risk assessment and response by public health officials.

The officials noted that because of “gaps in [detailed] information” provided by the Chinese regime and “lack of a final confirmed pathogen,” the risk to the United States and global health is “difficult to assess at this time.”

“The flow of official PRC information on this outbreak is limited to that coming from the Wuhan Health Commission and National Health Commission,” the email reads.

“China CDC is referring queries to the three official notices issued to date by the Wuhan Health Commission.”

The first known cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, were reported in December 2019 in Wuhan, China.

“As of January 7, the Wuhan Health Commission has reported 59 local cases of pneumonia with unknown cause,” the email reads.

Italian Authorities Seize $70 Million Yacht Belonging To Russian Billionaire

Update (1615ET): Another yacht belonging to a Russian businessman has been seized, this time in Italy. Italian police have reportedly seized the "Lady M Yacht", a €65 million ($71 million) yacht belonging to Alexey Alexandrovits Mordaschov located in Imperia, in the Italian province of Liguria. The seizure was said to be in compliance with the recent EU sanctions.

For those who don't know him, Mordaschov, he is Russian billionaire businessman, and the main shareholder and chairman of Severstal, a Russian conglomerate with interests in metal, energy and mining companies.

During the tidal wave of news coverage of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, seizing the yachts belonging to sanctioned Russian oligarchs has become something of a national pastime in the West. One former CIA employee has started a movement to "seize the fleet", and Vice News has written about how one US Congressman is trying to "get regular Americans in on the action", according to Vice News.

What's more, President Biden this week announced a "KleptoCapture" task force that is aggressively targeting Russian oligarchs by seizing real estate and other prized assets.
