A fren sent me an article posted on this site and it looked suss so I suggested a research project to find out who the owners are.

It was a digging exercise and I sent them on their way. The outcome was misstep after misstep searching CD MEDIA by mistake. Eventually they told me there is no such LLC.

I thought it was another misstep.

I didn’t take too much notice and by the time I did, we’d both forgotten what the catalyst article was about.

Anyway… point of this post is, there is no LLC listed on the SEC site.

Talks about funders and integrity and how upstanding they are but…
