I don't think there's fracking going on at Yellowstone. It's a Natural Park as far as I know. There maybe dry steam apparently (pic) at The Geysers.

Typically earthquakes at these locations (volcanic) occur because of changes in water pressure & temperature, and can also correlate with moon's tidal forces. Within mags of 2-3 and lower, they are usually annoyingly numerous for an analyst.
