will reduce swelling and pain

you can try the "rhythm method" of pain relief

https://taketina.com/application/therapy/

good luck – i was on a crutch for 6 months after spraining an ankle, no fun at all

rhythm work for pain relief:

focus on your heartbeat

say "ta" for each beat

then say "ki" in between

ta ki ta ki ta ki

fade out the "ta"

you are just saying ..ki..ki..ki..

now focus on that with all your attention

bring it up in your mind, or say it aloud

..KI..KI..KI..

you are now focusing on the pain-free moments in between the pulses

it's more something to keep your mind occupied, but it can really help with a pounding pain

he just doesn't realize it

i'm sure all his handlers agree

the single biggest problem with joe biden is that he actually believes he's president

instead of just doing what he's told

he really is that stupid

yes be careful with icepack, don't freeze things too much

you want blood to flow to help the healing

you can try a warm pack, you might find it also helps, you can alternate

when elevating the ankle, don't cut off the blood supply

i found standing in a cold pond was absolute magic, though, it really helped

sitting by the pond, i elevated my foot and just ran a hose of cold water over it

total exhaustion, spent 24 hours in bed with the covers over my head

recovered late october, very slow

next thing covid was all over the dial

the russians insist that shelling of civilian areas is fakery from secret units on the other side

like with the evacuation of mariupol, where the russians "broke ceasefire"

the russians have every interest in making sure their ceasefires etc hold

they want civilians out of the way for sure

there's every reason for spooks to inflame things with false flag attacks

russian army does things in its own way

standard method of clearing a minefield in ww2 was ordering a brigade to cross it on foot

all commands are to be answered "tak tochno" = "exactly so"

you do what you're told, no matter what the cost

it ain't gonna be pretty, whatever happens next
