They're going to put a couple squad cars across the road and our law abiding truckers will just stop. Unless the organizers have contingency plans and flanking maneuvers in place they're going to be stopped by their own respect for law enforcement. Now, if you split the column up and fed it down every side street you might overwhelm the number of available police units. Some units might also get "lost" and not be effective. One can hope.
