I was at Habeebs quickie mart around the corner and I asked him what he thought about Ukraine.
He said he lived there from 70's - 2001 and that he talked to his friend recently that is still there.
His friend said he walked 6km to get out.. yadda yadda.. He's hard to understand with that "slight Indian accent". Long story short..
I ask if he thought Putin was the good guy. "Yes.. oh yes he is he said". He said his friend said Putin blew up a university there. That made me do a double-take.
"Was the University bad".. "Yes", he said..
