My brother gets them when he drinks alcohol.
He starts hissing like a wild animal, unable to control his body, and angry to the point of homicide. It can last for hours, where he uses up all of energy and faints only to wake up a few moments later and continue.
Those are very rare epileptic seizures caused by intolerance to alcohol.
Not demonic possesion.
