Jovan just put out the modification reports on Maricopa County ballots. for reasons unknown, you have to go through a payment processor to get the report even though it's free. it asks for your email, a fake one would work, then you get the link, you dont have to be a paying subscriber. one or 2 clicks very easy. on Jovan's locals.
