I've been a sci-fi fan my whole life. Read books so rapidly I didn't give them chance to memorize titles and authors but vividly remember the voyages, the aliens, the advanced cultures etc.

One was the ship of a billion years (not sure). a huge ship went and spread seeds (settlers in new worlds, then on its return after dropping all off. And the different scenarios of groups that thrive or those that disappeared, how they wrote logs on pieces of their landing spaceship and acid to let it last, finally it was on gold.

Anyway…from all those books I remember the saying that the human mind cannot imagine what it has not seen or experienced somewhere.

If that's the case, The Matrix could very well be true

I was replying to anon who said that meaning he shouldn't trust anyone, period. Who says you have to be in a basement. It's a wild world out there.
