"Catherine Elizabeth Halsey, MD, PhD (SN: CC-409871),[11] was a praised scientist and former employee turned prisoner of the Office of Naval Intelligence, best known as the creator of the SPARTAN-II Program and Mjolnir Powered Assault Armor.
