I relate to that movie very much!
Was glued to the screen throughout that whole thing.
I remember watching it over and over again, but I either left the room or ff through the really horrific scenes. Had nightmares for a while.
The three major scenes - the wedding, the hunt, then the war (being hunted?). That was so much a part of our lives growing up. War after war after war!
In between you had weddings and funerals!
