Who was fired during BO term (MI)?
Putin was not president during 2008-2012. That was Dmitry Medvedev.
It might be a wrong interpretation, but figured I'd put the idea out there because "the news unlocks the map." I know the general consensus was that the drop was about Flynn only, but figured I'd add this in.
