Jesus came from the Jewish people because God keeps His side of a covenant. Many great Jewish people followed Christ in establishing His Church and Christian faith which has been a light in the darkness. The Jews are the first born and they live and die by their response to God's calling; as do we all. To whom much is given, much is demanded.
