www.ifttt.com- FREE. will trigger tweets from your account at certain days times OR you can auto retweet accounts OR you can use it to hunt for hashtags to retweet. many many other possible configurations/triggers using or for other platforms too.

check your twitter analytics to see how far you're reaching. Make a backup account and spend a little time each day building followrs (or using tools above to retweet your primary account) in case primary gets banned
