Looking for Sonenshine in the DoS FOIA reading room and came upon a rant by someone who looks a little nutty, but in retrospect looks to have had valid information re: Benghazi and other embassy attacks. Soneneshine was copied on the memo which is how got included.
"Why do I say Benghazi ain't over? I told him [US Patrick Francis Kennedy] so before Benghazi! Over & over, I blew the whistle before Benghazi. Benghazi is only a symptom of insidious NHS threats.
This crisis is a bigger mess than you can imagine. You inherited The Perfect Still Brewing NHS Storm. All embassies & consulates are potential death traps. Why? DS/DSS has been intentionally sleeping on
NHS for nearly two [2] decades. They have refused to conduct mandatory, mission-critical NHS inspections & more. They have covered-up root causes that, in part, led to unnecessary attacks on American assets including Benghazi, 1998 bombings of Twin US Embassies in Kenya & Tanzania; WikiLeaks & more. "
