(I know - it's a stretch) In PB an anon opined that China could be correct - that the US was actually responsible for COVID and that is was developed in a Ukrainian biolab. Took a WAG and looked for cities in Ukraine named "Chyna" ("Chyna" virus).

Less than 30 miles from a purported bio lab.
