Funny how the little AR15 is the one
that gets their panties in a wad
It's barely more than a plinking rifle
It's also funny how many wannabe Rambos
feverishly defend this overhyped tiny caliber gun
The .223 was promoted after a post-WW2 study
showed that most fighting was done within 300 yards
So the theory was that a smaller caliber rifle
would allow soldiers to carry more rounds and be more mobile
the main problem was the AR jammed constantly
required constant cleaning and adjustment
not ideal in a jungle environment
